Decided to go to this person for some cooking lessons.

Making an appointment was pretty easy by text, a few general questions regarding LEO and complexion. Seems to be a pretty strict rule regarding origin.

Since the culinary school is located in a residential neighborhood, the directions were step by step. Was asked to text from a location nearby ten minutes prior, which I did. Asked to wait a minute and then received street address. Headed over to a surprisingly nice "Ozzie and Harriet" style residential neighborhood. Knocked on door and was cheerfully greeted by the cooking instructor in an apron and little else. The ad pics are genuine.

Considering the accent on food preparation, I had an eye on cleanliness. Very neat, clean kitchen.

Nice sized place and asked if I could just take a look around to be sure there were no other students in closets. No objection.

Retired to the classroom, which appears to be specific to teaching classes.

Energetic and very personable, we started with basics. How to properly prepare a PBJ, although instead of Peanut Butter, a Baked Brown Butter was recommended, which I guess made it a BBBJ. Excellent technique.

Proceeded to some more advanced classes, and covering up is a must.

Inquired about the grill in the backyard, but the backyard is off limits. Nonetheless, we whiped up a splendid souffle, and it rose quite magnificently.

The lessons were well above average, and the school is highly recommended. The privacy factor is a big one for me, as well as cleanliness. Nothing strewn around. Neat and clean. Offered additional privacy in the future to park in garage, something I would feel safe doing at this school.

Lessons aren't cheap, Franklin and Grant, but I picked up a few pointers and will return.
