I see this often lately. A provider's talking to LE sitting in his cruiser on 3. Of course she didn't want to talk to him. But the crime fighters want to talk to her. Nothing new, but I see it way often.

What took my attention is LE doesn't even get off his cruiser. If he wants pat down for paraphernalia, he's off from his vehicle. And I see it more often. It seems to me just harassing them.
