My approach may be at the passive end of the scale for many, but I've found that if a legit provider is inclined to give a HJ, she will find a way to let you know that it's available as soon as she is comfortable with you. This took a visit or two in my experience, but the results were always worth it, as legit providers are likely to be more relaxed and patient, not to mention good with their hands!
