I don't want to speculate why you didn't get a HE. Trudy is the worst in Burnsville, avoid it like the plague. On a broader note, I hear and see people complain about Minnesota all the time and what I will say to that is if you do the work and put in the recon there are plenty of places out there for almost whatever you want. I will add that Diane wasn't worth it for me when I saw her. She was very dull and mechanical.
