Just like the "Soup Nazi", stand quietly in line, pay your bill, be nice, and don't be stupid and you'll have a good time.

I'd say a 10-20 tip is very generous considering they already have a 40 tip built into the house fee of 100 an hour. Call it what you want but that's what it is. IMO instead of having a set amount why don't you see how the service is and base your tip off that. Reward those who deserve it, deduct from those who don't. If someone gives a good service wouldn't you want the tip to reflect that? Otherwise if they're getting the same tip and someone who doesn't deserve it where's the incentive?

Zero has provided a great analogy. I will only add that she leaned a bit too far towards the Soup Nazi for my taste and I have not repeated. Not enough soup per serving to put her that much in control.
