I would use this site and maybe the popular review site to do your due diligence. In my opinion and I think most locals on here would agree with me that there is a much better time to be had in Tijuana for out of towners than fooling around with the internet sites. There are also some agencies in Tijuana as well if the party scene of ZN is what's keeping you away. Much more bang for your buck south of the border. Moe.
