TO usually involves a bar fine. Befriend the mamasan and you will be OK. The prime spots in manila are the Fort,(Malate), LA Cafe (no bar fine), Flight 168. La Cafe is you bast shot. In Makati, there is Burgos St. Lots of nightlife and SW.

Not to mention parading "offenders" in the paper or on the news before any conviction. The public can see the "good" work police do in stopping such vile crimes, that means more funding. It's the "new war" like the one on drugs. Besides the cops have their own cache of hookers to look out for. The ones that give them free service for a heads up on the stings and undercover work. Only a dumbass cop gets caught.

But while I was looking around on the various mug shot sites there was one site that had the five names listed under their "most popular" section. So I guess a lot of us were looking for them!

They hit them all with $850 fines too, so they'll have to be BPing it some more.

Looks as though they call BP girls, the girls arrive and in and within five minutes are arrested. Couple nights in jail, $848 and released upon passing hiv test. Same approach could easily trap guys. Would not be an enjoyable experience. All this for a couple of adults wanting to hook up.

I would not trust any stranger seeing anything personal.

Had a very close call with LEO tonight. A bit shaken up. Still a bit new to this, but definitely smart about it. Going to be 100 times more on guard now though.

Heck, in Windows. They just change the first letter of the file to a? And then free the space.
