I don't think they're going away anytime soon.
If the business owner operates within very strict guidelines, there is virtually nothing that Kaneshiro can do to them.
I read the complaint against Yoyo and Mayflower. She was indicted for bribing a federal government official. That is just plain stupid. Gogo Spa evidently is being indicted for immigration fraud probably from hiring girls on tourist visas. Pretty easy to prove. A girl is working at your location. She is on a tourist Visa. That is illegal. I haven't seen the complaint for Empire, but my guess is that was what took Ivy down, too.
Here are some rules for operating a clean business, which is to offer private entertainment services for $50-60 per hour.
1) Only hire girls with work papers. Either a US citizen or an immigrant with a green card. The I-9 form on file would be sufficient with photo copies of appropriate IDs and status verification.
2) The girls do NOT collect any fees upfront. The only fee to be collected upfront is the $50-60 house fee for the room by the mama-san. Girls work for tips paid by clients based on the client's own criteria for the quality of the experience. Girls should be advised to hire an accountant and report her tips as Hawaii State and Federal income (this is what took down Apple).
3) Train the girls to NEVER discuss money for anything. If the guy leaves a tip, great. If not, tough luck. This leads to customer scams such as happened at Gogo Spa at least on one occasion. It also happened at Plus Spa and others. The mama should maintain security system to capture such deadbeat clients and share that information with all other AMP owners.
4) Be very careful about training the girls. Clearly, in the case of Gogo Spa, the LE had at least one girl and at least one john who acted as an informant working with them to take down Gogo. In training the girls, do not discuss illegal activities because you never know if a girl a bugged or will turn you in later. You just talk to her about a job providing entertainment and relaxation services for clients and that tips can be in excess of $500-1000 per day if they are good at what they do. You can teach them how to do table showers, but it is never required and never for a fee.
5) Furthermore, make the girls sign an affidavit describing that they will NOT be offering prostitution services and outline in detail exactly what those things are. If the girl gets busted for offering anal services for an extra $100, then that is a clear act of prostitution for which the girl was explicitly forbidden from doing. If a girl just happens to like a guy enough to have anal sex with them, that is fine. Anal sex between consenting adults not doing it for a fee is legal. Get an attorney to prepare that document.
6) Maintain proper business licenses and deposit all cash into the bank and properly report revenue and expenses on proper tax returns.
7) NEVER discuss with anyone fees for protection services. Obviously, that is one way they can get a business owner. Instead, invite them in to audit your business to show them that you have work papers for all of your girls, you have clear procedures for accounting for chase and appointments taken, you have your business licenses up to date, etc. If you run a relaxation business properly, you do not need protection. The only protection you need is from an attorney. You can tell your attorney anything because it will be protected under the client / attorney privilege. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN Your attorney who has passed the Hawaii State Bar Exam and is a licensed to practice in the State of Hawaii. You can do this online.
8) Hire an attorney to help you outline the correct terminology and language you and your girls should use in every circumstance to help indemnify yourself from any potential missteps. The attorney can also help you understand the nuances for various laws which LE can potentially target you for violating. Keep that attorney on retainer and make sure that attorney or one who works with them provides trial services to defend you against any criminal complaints you may encounter and to help bail you out should something go awry. Moreover, if the owner ever receives a complaint from any prosecuting attorney's office. Or, if they are asked for statements or proof of anything. Make sure you inform your attorney ASAP and have him provide you instructions for what to do under various circumstances.
Always assume that every customer or potential employee is trying to take you down. Then, just run your business according to these very specific rules. It doesn't matter if you have used condoms or s&m gear on location. These girls just seem to like to have sex. Nothing illegal about that. That doesn't prove anything. LE has to prove that you did something illegal such as illegally hiring workers (I. E. Human trafficking), bribing officials, conspiring to offer prostitution services (e. G. An offer for a sexual act for a fee). But, if they can't prove that prostitution is actually being offered in an establishment, they can't get the owners either. If you don't collect money upfront and don't discuss the costs for various services, then you should be fine.
An ambitious attorney can probably corner the market on AMP legal services and make a fine living doing it since there is so much money in the AMP industry in Hawaii. If Kaneshiro is going to target these AMP businesses, then they need to have protection from government tyranny with attorney's, not LE. The fringe benefit of providing these legal services is that this attorney will probably get laid for free as much as he wants.
How is she any info on her?
You can search the ReJuve tread for Jordan. I've seen her twice she is hot as hell and have a lot of great reviews.

If you got $40,000, competent and a couple of years -- William S Richardson 2017 applications will be available next month.
Remember, just because a business isn't doing anything illegally, the prosecutor can still file a complaint with the grand jury to get an indictment and then fees will mount for bail and attorney fees. However, if you run your business properly, you will be able to either get the charges dismissed or win the case out right because if you don't do anything wrong, you won't lose. Just remember to charge each girl a fee for legal services. Maybe $2 per appointment. These are non-violent crimes, so I doubt there will be any allegations that won't have bail. Then, you just have your defense team defend you in court.
Kaneshiro is just trying to scare AMP owners, their employees and their customers using unethical ploys to get indictments to make himself look good when he knows deep down that he can't win any cases. He is just hoping for settlements probably willing to settle out of court for minor misdemeanors.
The yuri at Kison who was once star elsewhere. I think. Is she now the star at Roses? I'd like to visit her again. Also, wondering if sugar returned to Kison.
