Admittedly it is based on rudimentary scientific principles but it works for me and, apparently, a local escort as well. I only use facebook. I just DM. Many no longer post on the sites and just use socials. It is easy to find them. Wear rubbers.
Keep anti-bacterial wipes (for personal use) and anti bacterial wipes (for clean use) if your car along with lysol spray and hand sanitizer. I may be paranoid (as the name suggests) but I do suggest also having 90+ alcohol with you and some paper towels. They will threaten you and sometimes they send disturbing pics of a dismembered body implying you will be next. Ignore and don't send them any money.
