I've run different types of websites for years and I totally agree, your site, your rules.

I just don't quite see the harm in posting mug shots that are already out on the web.

If they are "embarrassed" by what they're doing then they shouldn't be doing it in the first place and if they are "unfortunate individuals," then we shouldn't be taking advantage of that.
