Tried to see the elusive Emily at tranquil the last 2 Saturdays. Ended up with Linda last weekend. Absolutely sucked, begged for 60 the entire time. Gave her 20 and she was pissed but I don't reward shifty performance.

I had my first dream at DM. I had previously dreamed of Busy St and Julie, and had nearly written of Richmond compared to the two establishments in Lynchburg. I'm glad I decided to stop.
I walked in Sunday evening and was greeted by a petit woman, late thirties, early forties. I opted for 60 min. She led me to a room with a curtain hanging all the way to the floor. As far as I could tell, I was the only patron. She dimmed the lights while I got undressed and lay on the table. She came in and asked hard or medium. I opted for hard, but I had to change to medium. For a small woman, she was capable of applying a lot of pressure. There was a long period of a dry rub through a sheet. Then the sheet came off and the oil went on. She used hands, forearms, and elbows to loosen up all my muscles, from my neck down to my feet, but it was feeling very CMT. When she finished, though, she started lightly touching my back and legs. The contrast between the light touches and the hard massage was pretty nice. I let her know I was enjoying it, and she moved to my inner thighs. I hiked up my hips, and she gave the boys a very thorough tickle, which brought me to complete attention.
She asked me to flip, and continued the light touches on the front, building to a very satisfying finish. Compared to my previous Richmond AMP experiences, this was far and away the best. She did not discuss a tip, and I didn't have to ask her to do anything. She just saw what I liked, and gave me more of it. Had a dream yesterday. The young ladies voice on the phone very nice.
Arrived, she opened the door pic was accurate. I signed on for a one hour massage.
Massage was ok nothing I would return for. No teasing no hint at anything extra.

Saw LiLi who is an "a / B" cup, approx 30,140, and very easy going although she speaks very little English at all. Tipped 20 and she was very appreciative (offered a little more but she said to keep it). Can't go wrong at DM.

Before you had to pass the national test and be a certified massage therapist and THEN get a license to do massage in Virginia.
It looks like that bill is cutting out the National CMT test requirement but stating you have to be licensed in Virginia.
I certainly am not a lawyer but I don't understand what effect this will have except to give the state more control and more power.
