Decided to check it out last time I was working in the area and sorry to report that it's legit. Right next to the scientology place in a not great part of town. Great massage though. Inside the room, signs posted saying no sexual services, which isn't always an indicator that the place is legit. In this case proved to be true.

Most of the places here are Reseda, Van Nuys, North Hollywood. That's about 50+ Miles away, even the one you posted is a AAMP in Burbank that rotates (hit and Miss) an you do not get the service or girls in that post.
There may be some places in Santa Clarita area but I don't venture that far. Maybe lancaster has some but I have not gone that far to play.
