I'm going to make sure that this report gets the widest dissemination. This WSW who goes by "Lacey" is a cash-n-dash. She works both 34th street and 4th street. A couple of days ago, she was staying at the Banyan Tree Motel.
Her M.O. - she ask that you go to her room, then her friends enter a few minutes later. If you don't go inside her room and parks in the motel parking lot, she'll just stroke your cock for a few seconds then walks out of your vehicle - either way, your money's gone! If you want to take a chance on this theif, I recommend you find a spot several miles away so she walk back to her spot under the heat of the day.
I observed her drive around with mongers, after a few blocks of circling around, she gets out of their vehicles...all less than 5 minutes. I'm sure they got scammed in some form or another.
She may be Italian or Greek decent. Decent face and nice C-cups. If she ever gave decent honest service before, those days are gone.

However, I spotted her last night, out and about, and passed due to the fact that she had dopeboys hovering all around her. Sarah Miller was transferred to Pinellas County (VOP's & FTA's) after she completed her stint in Hillsborough County a few days ago. She was working on S. Nebraska for a couple of weeks when she got arrested by TPD.

According to state law there's a certain length and type of blade that changes a knife from tool to weapon, where the concealment restriction becomes important.

Thanks I dont know the laws or anything I just know she has had a knife in the past but never a gun to my knowledge. Shes been around for a few years I do know that. It seems the way the justice system they are letting these people out easily. I have been told they have a new VOP court that is letting these violators skate right back out, instead of going to prison or doing jail time. (Near the Taco Bell, Comfort Inn, McDonalds, Super 8) As I was pulling out there was a girl walking on the access rd between the Super 8 and McDonalds. She "screamed" HSW. (Purple mini-skirt, thigh high boots, and dark pantyhose kinda reminded me of fishnet stockings.) She was obviously trying to attract attention and was talking to anyone who had there window down.
