Got to meet Vanessa recently. Reached out in the morning and got a fairly timely response for a late morning visit. The time I called her massage lackluster was just a reply to someone asking about her and it was based on what she posted in her ads, what other reviewers have stated about her, and my own experience with one of her former employees back in 2015 or 2016.
