That being said, she's persistent though and we stay in regular contact every few days. I'm busy with my LTA here in Jax and so I'm not inclined to schedule time to meet with her again, take off from the office to get stood up by a *****. We talked just this last weekend, and I was again under the impression she was here in Jax and we set a time to meet, I quoted her $200 each and then suddenly she had something come up. But then she's back contacting me again today. Just a bit too flaky for me and with all the trim here in Jax seriously, why waste time with her? Clearly a YMMV, or "to each their own".

Sometimes the SB disappears for a time. So knowing whether you are specifically being blocked, (almost always a mystery,) and whether they have gone away for just a time is good to know.
