It should be okay for a while since she plans on having pretty regular hours. When that changes, it will become much more difficult for the same reason it was hard to get an appointment with Vivian. Dallas has her own apartment, so if her hours are not the same everyday, booking in advance is risky like it was before she left last time.
If you do book a day or more in advance, just make sure you confirm the appointment the morning you have scheduled.

No sense reserving a time for a call from out of state for an appointment in the future. She has enough appointments from customers in Hawaii why would she be concerned with somebody that isn't here permanently. Why are you so certain Dallas will give you her number?
You should first work on getting the first appointment before thinking about the next appointment. I have some friends that just got out and have booked her for the morning of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
