I've used the Fairfield Inn off of 28 and 606 as it's the only one I've seen in the Dulles area. Place is kind of shitty so I only use it for skanky hookups. The Marriott in Arlington is better if you are scoring with a dime.

My question is, how do you protect your real identity doing this? How to book under and pay with anonymous / altered but legit (real money) information? Lucky that I didn't book a hotel, instead had called to find out if early checkin is available. I drove up to the hotel and waited in the parking lot. She messages me "I am here" .
