About a year ago, I reported on an older gal that I used to see quite often. I found her on CL and swing by and pick her up for a car date or incall when she had a spot. I get it and am on that road here as well.

Read, learn the local scene, TOFTT then report. Try ones that do lighter screening. Build a positive rep and things will eventually come your way.
