Anyways I was reading this article that this guy got busted and the girl was under 18. It said the legal age in nevada was 16. Now that is wierd thougtht it was 18? I was reading there was alot of young girls that got busted the other month that were possibly under age in the illgal asain brothels. So in other words what I am asking is it is okay in this state to be with a 17, 16 year old? I don't know if I would want to take a risk like that what if she was 15 how could you tell?
Whether the age of consent is 14, 15, 16, 17, or 18 is of no consequence when speaking of prostitution. When dealing with illegal sexual activities, what matters is the age of majority -- which is 18. The article should never have mentioned the age of consent.
I think you guys are both right. It was silly to say that 16 is the legal age of consent becasue that can get you into trouble. I sure in hell wouldn't want to explain why a 14, 15, 16, 17, 18. 30 year old prostitute is in my car but to say that she being 16 wasn't as bad as being a prostitute kinda shocked me. I mean it is okay from what I understood that she was under age but becasue he was caught in public it was bad. What kind of message are they sending?
I am no moral police but kinda sad how they put that article.

Talk to a couple bsw that I met at the AM Pm on Trop and Decauter .One name Tasha who I didn't care for and the other name Passion who I took back to my room at the Excalibur . Here's what she looks like .21yo , 5' 8" ,130 lbs , brown skin ,brown eyes and 40D cup tits . $100 for an hour in my room and she did anything I wanted in that time . She was very nice , sweet and had a great smile . I have a phone # for any senior member. She ask that i not post her # on this report for fear of LE calling. Send a Pm for the # .
I was in Vegas last week and gave Passion a call. For the price, she was decent. Thanks, Gnome!
Bummer One: No DATY. Bummer Two: She lives near the Palms and I was staying at the southern end of The Strip. She didn't have a car (claimed it was being repaired), so I had to take a cab over to the hotel and ride back with her. Plus, I gave her cab fare back. It added $35 to the cost.

Question of age

Not a lawyer but I'd think if the girl was under the age of consent then you could also get charged with statutory rape. Any professionals know the correct answer?

bama, that may be true, but i was addressing how it can still be sex with an **** person if caught with a prostitute who was over the age of consent. even if the age of consent is 16 or 17 in your state, if the girl is under 18 you can be charged with prostitution with a child.
the article said:
the prostitute in zorrilla's most recent bust was a juvenile, las vegas police spokesman chris jones said, meaning she was under 18 years old. the age of consent in nevada is 16.
that last line is irrelevant, and makes it seem like the girl was under 16, when we have no evidence of that. the fact that she was under 18 is the issue.

if she looks ****........she's ****!

Standard
do not communicate with, do not get close to, do not take any pics of anybody under 18, unless they are your family. if you are not sure, dont do it. even if they tell you that they are over 18, better check their driver license.
the only exception is if you are under 18 yourself. even then you have to be very careful. a 17 yr old boy was having consensus oral sex with a 16 yr old girl in georgia. he had been sent to jail for i believe 10 years. this boy is a star football star in the high school.
us has turned into such a religious right country that a lot of things are totally different. some sex offenders after they serve time cannot live within a certain distance from any children. when some young family move to where they live, they have to move. being a sex offender in the us is like having a death sentence.
even if you travel out of the country, you should still watch the 18 years old rule because the us justice system has gotten mongers in costa rica, cambodia etc. 21 years old would be safer because each country has different laws.
i am not supporting sex with **** people. the people that rape young girls are the scums of the earth.

It's a felony to cross borders to perform such acts. If it's a minor in a country such as Mexico, after you're done serving there, the U.S. is still to be dealt with.
A lot of peds go to Mexico to induldge and the damnedest thing is some of the kids get jammed with drugs or what not and the police have been said to put them to work to catch the peds as a trade-off.
Don't quote me but I think it's written as to cross borders to commit what would be a felony in the U.S. whether it's legal in that country or not. Something like that - I know I wouldn't mind some citation on that from anyone who knows for sure but, as has been said - if you think it's too young or even borderline, best to pass on it.

"14 yo is the age of consent on Vegas."
Who the hell told you that? Try adding 2 to that number.
