I saw a documentary about some NYC junkies on HBO about a year or so ago and one of them (female) was using this scam to shake down guys. Of course, any real monger knows that a real decoy _never_ gets in your car...

Key note in Ohio things have changed with laws and the outlook by the cops.
Now some decoys are getting in the guys car to make the bust. That just started this summer in late July.
Some state on the east cost has been doing it for about a year I can not think what state in was.
So don't go to Ohio and pick up a girl and think your safe anymore.

On my way home at about 11:30 stoped at the light on 8 mile just west of gratiot (CiTGO Gas station) White Blond women saw her talking to undercover cops and her walk away and him get back in his car i circled around and saw she at the corner not far from where they was still parked wating.

I am in Cincinnati, Ohio and the DECOYS have and will get in the CARS, and even drive off, with UnderCover close behind. They have even felt the guys, as well as him on her (breast), in order to get the BUST. The LAWS have really changed, and the Cops are Boldly Bending Them Too.
THIS IS ALL OVER OHIO, FROM CINCINNATI to CLEVELAND, to TOLEDO.

I don't know how this will play out in Court, for no one to date has challenged it. The Police are working on the embassesment factor, so getting a ticket and going to John school, keeps them from having a record, and the City, County, and State divide up the Fines. It has become very PROFITABLE to them.

Here in Cincinnati, it was already BAD, but a couple of White folks got themselves KILLED over some drug deals, and the Police have Locked Down the whole DownTown area, so SW's which we didn't have many, and even less decent SW's, are almost conpletely gone. Especially from the main areas.
So, DECOY's are starting to pop up again, mainly in the Hottest areas.
There are no regular SW's out to warn everyone. When no dealers are around something is "UP."

I use to come to Detroit on the weekends for your action, but with the start of gambling, and the real fun dried up. I was a LifeTime, card carrying member of the old "WooDSix" at Woodard and Six Mile, and of the old "Dizzy Duck."
Not to leave out all the one on Michigan Ave., all the way to Ann Arbor.
Your City was the "SPOT."

Tall, thin, short hair and body looked good "in clothes".

Standard fare. Went to a short-stay, she showered and then came out with her sweater on and refused to take it off.

All in all, lousy.

I guess entrapment, among other laws don't apply in Ohio. If she touches the John in any manner she has broken the law I don't care what state it's in. Hide some sort of mini cam in the ride.

Unless you have a law degree and about 10 lawyers on your payroll I would not want to test this any day soon.

I've never heard of the decoy getting in the car. They make enough arrests already without endangering the female decoys. The decoys will entrap you just to make the arrest, but I don't think they'll get in the vehicle.

I agree DPD had a prostitution bust go bad some years ago on Chene some where between Gratiot and I94. 2 guys where in the car one was armed. After they tried to pickup the decoy and the bust went down 2 officers were shot one fatal. The guy who shot the officers had warrants.

I have been reading this guide for about a year now. I was doing some work at the State Fair Grounds this week, my office is downtown, so I just took Woodward to the fair grounds at around 6:30 am. Just about 5 blocks north of 6 Mile there were 3 /4 BSW(depending on what day) what I could see from the car were 9's very well dressed, and very sexy looking. I was not sure so I drove around a few times. I am new to this, I used to do this 30 years ago, around Cass & Second,when LE would not take your car & just $100.00 fine. Since my wife passed away, I am in need very bad. I am not interested in finding someone that wants to rule me again, just a lay or BJ here and there. Can someone with more experience , maybe drive by and let me know if this is leget.

Be very very careful what you pick up over on 6 and woody…I would say that about 80-90 percent of them are transvestites especially the ones that appear to be dressed nicely and clean. That area of Detroit has been known as a Gay community for a long time even the guys (not in drag) are SW’S. If your not into major risk I would suggest avoiding that area all together.

Anderson's Gardens, Willis Show Bar, etc. Ho's were 20 bucks a pop, no Aids, no crack, no herpes, er.. forgive the rambling. Anyway, guys like us are too old to get in trouble. If you can afford it, I suggest the Windsor escort scene. It's legal, and compared to getting your car towed, it's not that expensive.
