Anyone have any experience with her either way? I'm assuming she's probably an L1 like many around, but want to see if it's worth the time to reach out. Also seems weird to only not have any weekend availability.

Last time I was at a restaurant, the first thing they did was hustle me for drinks. No just water please. Then they hustled me for appetizers. No I am ready to order. Then they asked if I wanted to upgrade the included side to something a bit tastier. Dammed if they didn't hustle me for dessert before bringing the bill. I could have easily doubled the cost of my dinner by accepting all of the "extras". The odd thing about it is that I never once thought about getting offended and going to the 7 other restaurants close by. Why do we get so offended when a lady applies the same methods as the restaurant. It happens all the time, at the car repair shop, the car wash, the dentist yet we never get up and walk out.
