B) The risk of up·sell , out·right rip offs , and ROBs accompanied by their 'drivers'
C) The huge amount of time involved in arranging the date with multiple phone calls ,

TIME IS MONEY , and if your time is as valuable as mine , the 'date' could wind up
costing you three or four times what you actually lay out in cash

This is the 21st century and anyone with a computer and the willingness to do some research can find a great escort and a great time. Yes, you will pay more than a booth in a strip club but you will also get more. To each his own I guess but I haven't had a single booth experiences in any strip club that I would rate higher than the vast majority of my escort experiences.

Where does one find good parking for the Sportsman and I can't walk as far as I used to so is there anything close?
The clientel had also changed a bit when I stopped going it was more small groups of youngers guys showing up and kinda of a wanna be hang out.

Ever since I tried out my first AMP 2-3 years ago, I have not spent much in strip clubs anymore. Once in a while you can come across a dancer worth spending money on for a couple of dances, but that's about it. Strip clubs are left better as places to hang out, have a couple of drinks, and spend a few dollars. At the most, it's just a way to warm up before going to an AMP later that day or the next day. Bigger money should be saved for AMP's - no matter if you want full service or just a massage with a hand finish.
Even if you happen to have a good experience in a strip club, it will only stay in your mind a short time. An AMP experience does a lot more for your mind and body. Granted there are bad AMP experiences sometimes but with enough work, the good trips make up big time for the few bad ones you can have. Not the same in the strip club world where you hope for the best and are left satisfied a pretty small percentage of the time for the money you spend. Strippers just hustle the room moving on to the next guy 15 minutes later when you are done spending money. While you comments on strippers apply well to most venues, I don't think they do in Rhode Island. I find in most RI clubs the girls will tell you in advance what extras may be available, and then almost always deliver what they promise. I. E the service has become very predicatable. I went thru an AMP period but decided the little ladies and the often mechanical service just seemed repetitive. Nowadays I can stop at a club, pay $100 for a first class action from a sexy young woman who would turn heads in any singles bar, and be on my way in 15 minutes. An excellent alternative both to AMPs and SWs.
The meter maids go home at 3:30. Thus, parking is essentially free at meters after that, although the signs say they have time limits and require quarters until 6:00. For Sportsman's (and Satin Doll) in particular, parking for Providence Place mall is nearby, and it is only $1.00 if you buy something at the mall--even some sort of cheap essential at CVS.

All three have their advantages and disadvantages. This poster is right about escorts if one does not thoroughly research the escort. Once researched, however, it was a great experience for me in the past about 90% of the time, and the remaining 10% was not too bad. It's all about the research. That is why this forum is so valuable.

I don't go to amps and if I did I certainly wouldn't go to one near my home. The same goes for escorts. I do in call to hotels in Boston and the suburbs, not in my neighborhood....Every form of hobbying, including strip club extras, has it's risks and it's rewards. We as consumers simply have to decide which option we prefer. Yes the possibility of arrest is less at a strip club but a "quickie" in a dirty booth is not my preference...To each his own...

I won't knock what your saying most of my experiences have been with SW's, escorts, AMPs, and the chat line (as I posted a recent hook up in the mass forum for the party line) none really at the strippy I'm always sceptical because I know they want like 200 I could be wrong though I just find it more easy with AMPs because you get more for your money, best place for fs I think is central health, any how to each his own right.
