Received an antibiotic shot right after the result came out.

About 10 days ago saw only one provider. So I know where it came from. Bad luck I guess because I hadn't seen any provider for a couple of weeks. Within 3 days had the symptoms. Ordered the antibiotic cocktail. Slowly starting to feel better. Its going around, so get checked boys!
