I have done anal countless times with no issues and the girl didn't take any preventative measures either. If you're really worried about it, have them do an enema to clear out any fecal matter.

I just make sure to pee and wash up afterwards. Obviously ST infections are their own thing so if that's a concern I'd wrap it up. But assuming everyone's clean I wouldn't worry too much about UTIs. I'd also be careful with antibiotics. They can wreck your gut health and can have other effects especially if used frequently, so definitely do your research if going that route.
