Chicas
As I write this, it may be for naught. Due to an uptick in Covid numbers, the governor has announced that new business restrictions are forthcoming.
I decided to check out Chicas on Friday night. When I arrived, no one was in the entrance window. So, I looked around the corner to find the doorman / manager. He asked if I had been there before. I replied that my last visit was before the first shutdown in March. He explained the "new rules" in place: To maintain social distancing, some tables can be occupied, others are meant to remain empty. Once seated, customers are not to wander around the club; they are not to switch tables. Customers are to wear their face covering, except when actively drinking. The ladies cannot dance on stage or do dances on the main floor. Dances are available in the VIP ($25 each). He did not charge me any cover.
While seated, the first dancer to sit next to me was one of the Cubanas. She was quite pushy: Do you want a dance; will you buy me a drink? She was also really aggressive, suggesting that she would provide a really good dance, stick shifting with one hand, and sliding the other down my pants. She finally got my lack of interest and moved on, but not for lack of trying.
One of the other ladies who sat down was an American, and she was a good conversationalist. (In the end, I gave her a $20 tip for her time -- and for being pleasant.).
BTW. I've wondered for a while, and finally got my answer. Regarding the ficha drinks that the ladies try to get you to buy for them: 1. These are not watered down drinks. These are real shots of tequilla. 2. The women do get a commission. 3. Before Covid, the dancers did have a sales quota, but that has been suspended for now. And YES, women have gotten really drunk drinking the fichas they're pushing.
I was there about two weeks ago and while they had the rules in place I didn't see them enforcing them on anyone. You were free to move about the club as you pleased. Most of the girls were wearing masks but several just left them pulled down. It's hit and miss with the Cubans / Columbians. I got dances from two of them and while the first gave good dances, the second did exactly what you described e. G. Kissing, fiv, ss, HJ, etc even with another couple dancing 3 feet away in the VIP. And that was all 100% her idea. These hos are insane.

Non-Local girls went back to their hometowns long ago.

Hustler Club * Las Vegas
It looks like the state of Nevada is going to reinstate some of the restrictions on businesses with face to face customer interactions. But I do have some info which I was previously unaware of.
I recently visited Hustler Club - Las Vegas. I called ahead, and spoke to someone who informed me that occupancy was limited, to facilitate physical distancing between groups of guests. Parties of two or more would be seated at a table or booth. Single guest would be seated at the bar. No reservations; first come, first serve. Guests were asked to have a face covering.
I have a NV state ID, so I didn't have to pay for entry. I was seated at the bar, in a bad location. Earlier that afternoon, the club installed a DJ booth in a location which obstructed my view of the main stage. (One of the dancers I spoke with believed it was a temporary installation for the night's "guest DJ".) It appears the club has put some of its furniture into storage, as there was room for spacing between tables on the floor. I found it amusing that the ladies dancing on stage were topless--but wearing face masks. The ratio of dancers to customers was surprisingly "ok". Most of those I spoke with apparently are of South and Central American origin, or the Caribbean. But I did meet a couple who are from the States. The variety of size and shapes was good. Unfortunately, dances on the floor were not an option--only VIP dances. It was okay for a short visit, to get some eye candy.
After purchasing one gin and tonic ($18) and one beer ($17), I asked the bartender if they had drink specials for locals. She was surprised that I didn't have a "party pass" card. Evidently, the club has an affinity card. For $20, you can get a card which allows you free entry and 50% discounts on your drinks. As they swipe your card on activity, you can accumulate credits. (Frankly, they had me with 50% discounts on my drinks going forward. I'm disappointed I didn't find out about this sooner.).

Spearmint
A little update, stopped by here and the security told me that they were closed for a week or so. Not sure about other spots but a heads up to people!

NV Govs health order was pretty specific about the need for adult entertainment biz to pause their reopening for a while. Unfortunately this is how life is going to be until majority of the population has been vaccinated / immunized. LA just issued another safer at home order for 3 weeks. Strip joints here haven't been able to reopen since the initial lock down in March.

Yup, but not the others
A little update, stopped by here and the security told me that they were closed for a week or so. Not sure about other spots but a heads up to people!
Spearmint is closing for this weekend, don't know about what they are doing after. They are the cleanest and most classy, so it's no surprise they would be the one place to be cautious. Too bad, because I personally think they usually have the best girls as far as looks. The other places are all open from what I hear tho. They pretty much don't care about the initial fines when they can be open and be making money. They have reduced hours, and don't know about that they are allowing, but I hear for the main clubs, its restricted activities in the open areas, (in case any inspectors come in), but VIP is pretty much business as usual. Its pretty risky with the spike in Covid in Vegas. You'd really have to be okay with the close contact of a lady that's been on 20 guys' laps before you. To have any type of fun, you have to spend on an inflated bottle price as well as VIP prices for the girl. Its a pretty hefty price tag for sure.

Crazy Horse 3
When Crazy Horse 3 first re opened after the March shutdowns, the marquee advertised that they were "taking reservations" due to the limited seating. When I visited, a week or so ago, they removed that pretext. It wasn't that busy. Presently, they are open Thursday thru Sunday, 9 pm to 5 am.
When I visited, a lot of furniture had been removed from the floor, to create spacing between groups of customers. There were customers at the bar, and there wasn't much distance as people were almost shoulder to shoulder.
The atmosphere was surprisingly good. Some of the dancers had friends in the audience, and those friends were making rain for them.
No dances on the floor; but VIPs were still an option.
The club was not as lively as pre Covid -- but it is the slow season, and we are dealing with Covid. It was a good stop for a couple of drinks and for some eye candy. But keep in mind, I don't have to pay for entry, and I get discounts on my drinks.
