I was driving down OYR this morning, and boy, did I see more than a few women (?) out and about. I drive down OYR on the way to work a few times a week in the morning, and rarely see any girls. Today, however, I saw at least 4 different ones. Don't know what was up.

I drove through OYR around 1pm. I saw two girls and one obvious HeShe. The girls were fives at best (I hate rating systems). I won't bother rating the HeShe.

I hit the avenue at Lehigh around 1:30pm. Huntingdon Station was jumping. I saw four new (new to me) faces and spoke with one who verified that the others were working. Unfortunately she did not want her pictures taken so I passed on her. I did not have time to circle and try one of the others, even though the girl I picked up assured me that her friend would probably agree to pictures. All of the girls were doable.
I saw a three man LE foot patrol near Allegeny Avenue, otherwise everything seemed normal.

I haven't seen nearly as much action on the south end as I've seen on the north end ever since the stranger started his rampage. I did however score on a Sunday night a couple of weeks ago with Joanne. She was near Haggert and when I saw her glasses I thought I had found Michelle from CJ's reports. Joanne is a nice looking MILF from Jersey who hits the Ave occasionally. We had a good time which included BBBJ and FS. She doesn't rush you and I had such a good time that I've hooked up with her several times since then over in Jersey. I'm attaching a couple of pics that honestly don't do her justice. Her name was Ashley, she's 22 and doesn't do this very often. LOL. At first I thought she was high since she had an unnatural laugh that came out often. She was probably just nervous.
I normally like to go twice but that isn't on the menu at all. She said she doesn't even do that with her boyfriend. Anyway, we agreed on half and half and headed over to my spot. Ashley performs a good BBBJ and I'm sure would be worthwhile if that was all you wanted. We moved onto FS and I enjoyed that as well. Ashley doesn't keep a phone so I'm not sure how often she'll be out but is worth your time if you should see her.

By the looks of her she must have just gotten out of lock-up again as she has some weight on her. Yes she is a good date! Must have done her close to a dozen times over the years. She's usually known to work with either Bishop or Teddy from time to time, so if you found her by Venango that means she's prob back with Teddy.

Apparently what I heard was she died from a Cocaine overdose. Also word on the streets was that she overdosed in Bishops house and he had someone move her body. If you look at the news, they even mention that the body found was dumped in the abando. So if this is true and there is anyway that Bishop was involved, I sure hope the Police have gotten drift of this info that is going around on the streets. Unfortunately the police in Phila seem to turn their heads when it comes to the pimps and there activities.
I cruised down the K yesterday afternoon and didn't see anyone all the way the whole length down from Frankford. Only did one pass, so don't know if it was just my timing or not.
I drove down again this morning, about 845am, and I saw at least 3 girls working. I somewhat decent looking got into a car right as I was driving by, in the north end. The other two I saw way down in the south end. On my way to work, so didn't have time to do more than one pass, just was curious how things would be.
As long as the drug trade thrives there will be streetwalkers in tow.
There have been a few things that have led to diminished numbers:
1) Fear of the strangler.
2) Increased LE
3) Increased number of arrest.
4) Weather.
Many SW may be in a municipal sanctioned time out, but many probably found this to be a good time to try and break there habits.
After the spring thaw and obligatory spring LE "operation", I'd be surprised if anything changes.
Your best bet for now is to stake out corners or routes to those corners and be ready to act. Approaching on foot may again be a viable option since I'm guessing the random stops for DNA collection have ended.

This also gives them a chance to lower their tolerance to whatever their drug of choice is so they don't need to do 300 bucks worth just to get high once. When the nice weather returns, so will they most likely.
