After some trial and error I settled on Netspend and I've used it for over 2 years. They can be purchased at major drugstores that starts with a "C". It requires some easy setup after purchasing.

Sometimes you need to register the card with vanilla (if site rejects it) wait 30 min after registering the card and it should work.

There are scammers on Seeking who will threaten you if you don't send them extortion money. The scammers do this in different ways. If you run into this don't worry about it but you can report it to Seeking and they will take care of it. Here's a fun fact. Seeking does send the law to track these people down once they get their IP address if somebody does report them for extortion. Even if they are in some foreign country.

I say we all band together and start sending these GPS on wild goose chases. Tell them their asking price is "no problem", and have them meet somewhere for dinner. Then never show up. Maybe after a few times they will give up and leave SA.

I mean they DO, in the sense that they aren't "rich girls", but they're not really desperate to survive the way some hoes are, so they feel they can be choosy, and just kind of take an "oops I forgot" approach to unreliability.
