I never do any down payments, hell I would pay more then their asking if they are legit. How are you guys getting around the legit ones that want it?

That ad is super fake. Pics are of former pornstar Brett Rossi. LOL I just tell them I'm passing if they ask for half or any upfront. It's usually a sign they're not worth it and that site is mainly fake ads.

For the community, there's a "newer" place off Merriman road. I'm not mentioning the city as I really want it to last as long as it can without being shut down. It has no signage and limited parking, advertises without the address, has no formal name, and only a phone number on STG and Adultsearch. You can't just knock and enter, you got to schedule via text. They have recently put an open sign on one window, but it wasn't lit up as of my last visit.
