Tried to see Nala yesterday. The night before, went on her website and signed up, then scheduled an appointment, then called, as she requests, to confirm I'd be there on time. Drove into town, I found the suite listings in the elevator lobby in the Century Square building to be very confusing. The name of Nala's office isn't shown there, or if it is I failed to find it. Was probably just dumb luck that I knocked on a door on the right floor and someone directed me to Nala's office. I go there; door's locked. I'm on time. I call on my cell from outside the door. No response, wait another 10 minutes, door remains locked. I give up and leave. Never got a call back. I don't trust those online appointment booking pages. This is not the first time that system has screwed me around. Had similar confusion with Popolo Girl and her website booking feature early last year.
