Picked up this girl becca tonight thirty minutes past nine before the gas station on gerard st. Made a loop, a second loop she hopped in. Finding a safe spot is easy. My rule of thumb is drive at least a mile or more from where pick up a SW. This way you are not in a area where the locals are riled up & waiting to call the cops. Look for dead end streets or areas where you enter only from one direction. The advantage here is that there is less traffic passing by to interrupt your fun. Use google maps to look for good spots as well. I use google street view as well.
