When I'm in that area, I like to branch out a little from the standard AMP.

There are many options including many different flavors not found here. One of my favorites, is the Fox Den in Burnaby and its just up the road from Langley. Cost is a little more but not too bad after the conversion and I have found it to be top level in all areas. I have never been disappointed! Find it at foxden. Ca.

I've been to Rainbow Health Center in Lynnwood awhile back and while they were fairly solid at the time with ones in their 40's, I have no idea about now.

One thing I liked to do was request 1 HE immediately (happy beginning, LOL), then the massage to recuperate, then a 2nd HE at the end.
