Hate to bring this up again but can anyone clarify the 1/2 hour rates for places like RS, VIP, etc? I am not talking about the house fee on; why but both house and tip.
I know the hour rate for all services is $2. 10. So what can I expect to dish out for 1/2 hour? And does the 1/2 hr inc the table shower? Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.[/QUOTE]I don't know about 30 minutes, but I can shed some light on 45 minutes. Orlando has a few prime massage places that are competitive with each other. I'm talking hot girls and better treatment than I've ever had in DC, and I was a regular in DC before the 2006 shutdown. Most top Orlando places charge a total of $240 ($80 house plus $160 tip). At least one place has a no tipping policy of $200 for 45 minutes.
So, in Orlando you save $40 and lose 15 minutes. I would say in Maryland something like $150 for 30 minutes would be appropriate.
Keep in mind that the price that is acceptable to the providers might be dependent on how much business they expect over the next hour. I've had places refuse hour massage during busy times and then encourage hour services when business is slow. They want to maximize their income.

It's just going to be a 20 dollar cheaper house fee essentially. Often too the half hour means no TS offered but that isn't always the case either. I think that tends to depend on which lady you see, how busy they are, etc and could also be affected by if you are a regular or not.

Thanks in advance.[/QUOTE]For a half hour session the total fee should be $1. 90. Whether you get a TS is really dependent on the city, state and AMP you are at. Over the years I have seen places charge $. 1 for a TS no matter which session length you chose. For a while the big thing was to add $. 1 for a TS with the half hour session and $. 2 for the longer session with the TS included. Where I normally go, I get a TS in the 30 minute session, but that may not happen unless you are a regular. To show you how crazy it could be, there was a place in Missouri that charged $. 2 for a "TS" again no matter how long the session. You got to choose a second lady for the "TS" and they actually added $. 1 if you wanted the same lady to do both the shower and massage. The "TS" was a 15 minute shower in a large shower stall with a nude lady you were allowed to touch. The 15 minutes was extra time and did not affect the length of your massage session. Those showers could be very playful, because many guys used them to see if a lady was fun before choosing her for a massage session and the ladies knew that.
Why is the rate $1. 9 for the half hour? The half hour rate only lowers the house fee. The house fee covers the basic session of TS if available and massage. If you go to a legit place with no HE, then a small tip of 10 to maybe 20 dollars is normally given at the end of the session. At HE places, the tip covers the HE portion of the session. The HE option you select determines the level of that tip. Most if not all HE places are one and done, so you do not get a second release with the longer session. The only real difference between the two sessions is the length of the actual massage. You may get a little more tease before the flip in the hour session though. The HE portion of the session normally starts when there is around 20 minutes left session whether it is 30 or 60 minutes, so that does not change if you choose the shorter session.
There are exceptions to the above at some places if you are a regular. My last session the lady move to the HE portion very early. She seemed to offer a second release, but as I am in my 60's, that was not going to happen in a hour session. I have also been offered a second release at places I visited regularly on extremely rare occasions years ago. Of course you were expected to give a bigger tip when you had a second release.
Thanks for all the clarifications. For the small difference, I do not see any point doing 1/2 hour and will just stick with the hour and enjoy my time in paradise.
BTW - the places in NYC that I frequent charge $2.00 for 1/2 hour (include standup shower) and $2.8 for the hour (table shower and body slide). Philly is only $1.7 for the hour including TS and they have some of the hottest K-girls I've seen. I wish I live closer to Philly as options are limitless and reasonable.

If you've been to places in Philly you probly know which places I am referring to.

Can't go wrong in Philly though! So many to choose from.

I have made the attempt one time with a girl at VIP some time ago but she never asked me for more money. I have been asked another time by the girl herself if I could go a 2nd time and she told me no charge. I think she just wanted more fun time herself. If I had to venture a guess, I would think (if a regular anyway) that if you can pop twice they may just let you do it for the same tip, depending on the girl maybe too, if time isn't running short. But that's just my own guess. Places in other cities I have been to allowed multiple pops if you could get them all in within the time limit.
Visited RS for the first time. Mixed feelings. Called for appointment, hoping to catch the new girl, Sunny. She was taken so I rolled Anna. She was nice and friendly. Very much felt like the welcoming committee. I used the hand sanitizer in the hall, but wasn't asked about it. Temp check didn't happen until I was already in the room, but she showed me her temp. Which was a first for me. She had me take my mask off so the TS wouldn't get it wet. And it stayed off the whole time. She probably gave me the best massage I've had at an AMP. Down to business, I asked her only to give me a hand. She took off everything "because it was my first time there". Everything was pleasant. And then we were done. I got an hour, but didn't realize until I got to my car that I got shorted by 20 min. And that's including the TS.
Still may try again if I hear positive things about Sunny.
I think there are a number of variables to consider. In this case, she was actively working to make it happen. If it had, I would have sweetened the pot with additional tip, even if it was within the hour.
IMO, I tip for the TS, "standard services" and massage. I expect certain acronyms as part of the "standard services". Some things I do not expect, but appreciate if I get them. A 2nd finish is very unusual, and I would tip extra. Probably another. 4 or so.
I do not always tip extra for some YMMV special services, as these are usually the result of being a good, repeat customer. I take my chances by always providing the HF & tip, up front, and I do NOT ever negotiate for anything. I vote with my feet and my wallet, and take my business where I feel I get value. If I also feel like a valued customer, all the better.
