Hiv takes about 6 weeks to show up. A dr wouldn't even test you in a week.
She would be able to be prosecuted for knowingly giving him hiv.

I worked on the first round of HIV therapies (the gp120 blockers) more than 25 years ago, and even by that time we were starting to realize we might never actually cure it; it just doesn't play fair!
For the record, unprotected heterosexual vaginal sex with an infected female carries about a 1/2500 chance of infection for the exposed male, so one's pretty unlikely to "catch it", even after a weeklong romp; it's certainly possible, though, even on first exposure.
That said, I'd say that calling out a provider for infected status on BP has about a 99.99% chance of being pimp or hoe drama.
