I often give 60 to my favorite AMP just because they nice and appreciative of my frequent visits. No topless, just patient and taking their time for the finish. That's all I want. No jackhammer HJ, I absolutely hate those.

I can't stand going to a place and they expect 100 or more just for a HJ. They ask for that because someone gave them that much. Even Bob Kraft didn't over tip and he's rich as hell.
