So this morning on the way into work I decided that since I was early I stop by and see who was about down near 52nd there was a very tired looking blonde in a green shirt. I have noticed recently and by a miss step or two that pcso has returned to their tactics of the early 90's. Mostly in the Haines and Lelman areas they are using foot spotters and their vehicle placements are similar to fire team angles. Also after being questioned more then once they will ignore your request of reason for detention and circumstance for suspicion which would allow you to invalidate the stop. I say this with keeping in mind that they have the authority to stop you check for warrants and impairment. However the use of squad level tactics and in both cases the manner of stance and speech make me wonder if their newer training is based in SRT or Military response. I have more specific details of the officers and methods if pm'd by trusted senior members. Sun-Wen near the cactus the blue bagged decoy walked between 1 am and 2 am then back out at 4 am. Also noticed several new and bold ladies in the same area not willing to walk and directly flagging cars. Several UC's have been siting around the 38th and 28th cross streets.
