I was going to Broadway this morning to see the GILF Gloria, mainly because the value is great and she has a endless throat. Our scene in RVA has become pathetic. I blame the weak low life drug dealers. In the last few weeks I have had so many girls flake. I went to Chester, arrived at the door and was told to "go the fuck away", only to get a text in ten minutes saying are you coming back up. I went to SS only to find the provider was easily 100 lbs heavier with needles all over her room and her legs covered in bruises. I went to another SS location with good communication then nothing; total silence and ghosting. So I tried getting an outcall and had a no call / no show. Went to a very nice hotel for a lady who had decent reviews only to be texted, "I'm sorry I have to cancel". I have noticed things have gotten markedly worse and the common denominator is these gals have all gotten hooked on smack or ice. I am at the point where I have had enough. My time is worth quite a bit and I refuse to drive to an appointment and be given the runaround. I refuse to pay some ***** if she shows up with scabs and obvious signs of addiction. It is not romantic or erotic to have a smelly scabby lady with a bad attitude who wastes my time. I look at the flaking as theft. These drug addicts are stealing my time. Going forward, I am going to make sure I post and give positive feedback for the good gals (we need them). For the flakes and junkies, I'm going to just send police at this point. In the last few weeks alone I have lost over $20 k in billable time messing with junkies. The worst part is their fucking attitudes. They'll fucking lie and provide dog shit service. Be safe!

Drugs have always been the name of the game, the real drop in quality is the non-addict girls discovering they can sell content safely and legally on OF and still squeeze out a profit. If you could have actually made 20 k in that time you would have done so and then just had a high caliber service on call whenever you need it, 20 k is enough for years of $$$ dates. So I think it's a bit of a tall tale to say you wasted that much time chasing around skanks from STG and alligator.

Billable time does not equal take home pay genius. My salary is $250 k. Out of billings, we pay junior staff, support staff, software, insurance, marketing, rent, and other expenses. From my gross pay comes retirement, health, life insurance, and taxes. From that comes student loans, a mortgage, and some medical debt. You know nothing about me or what I do and I know nothing about you or what you do, but the difference is I don't take jabs at strangers on here. While I love seeing Valentina Backer when she's in town and will book Bridget Fondle, I can't afford to see them multiple times a week. One day, maybe I will, who knows.
As for the whole piece on self respect, you're completely wrong. We need to have respect for our time. Could you imagine if one of these providers had a hair appointment at 1 pm and showed up and they told her to go away, then texted 45 minutes saying she could come back? Or what if they went to get an oil change and the mechanic started work then fell asleep? Or what if they went to the dentist and the receptionist said the dentist overbooked the time slot and the other dentist has to go meet their dope dealer? It's ridiculous. I know plenty of professionals, mechanics, HVAC techs who party hard and show up for their work and do a damn good job. Messing with someone's time is the ultimate fuck you. Maybe I was raised differently, but there is no excuse for this nonsense. The providers who play these games might as well be street walkers.
It is not just the addicts that do this, but it is more prevalent with the addicts. Some of the addicts will show up on time and smell gross and be covered in bruises and track marks. I am done fucking around and sitting in my car and playing games. We shouldn't be afraid of these people or their handlers. The ones who are flaking are jokes. Half of their dealers have warrants and the other half are just deadbeats keeping these women high because they have no job skills of their own. I told myself last week that I would never drive to Chester and get the runaround again. I would never call the police if there is the potential of a fellow monger being in there. But the next time I get the bullshit games from anyone, or a provider is covered in scabs, or there are needles laying around, I'm going to the management office where I will tell the manager I'm calling corporate. The manager's office knows who is in what room and what the deal is and they can't play dumb to the cops either. It is fairly easy to get in touch with the legal folks at the corporate level of most chain hotels. They will fix the situation really fast. Stop allowing people to disrespect you! Stand up for yourself and don't make excuses for women who are controlled by the monkey or some ***** drug dealer. Have some respect. I have read this blog for a long time and have read so many posts about these ladies doing the same thing over and over again. No one does shit except complain on here. That needs to change fast because none of us deserve being flaked on time after time. We pay very good money and put ourselves at risk every time we go.
