If you look at recent posts you will see that the street action is fairly sporadic. I would make a brief pass by Harbor & Hazard and then cruise Beach blvd. You may also want to consider cruising Long Beach blvd & heading to Fig in LA. Personally I have seen any good SW's in OC for several years now.

Occasionally you can still find a girl or two walking 1'st in Santa Ana but it's very rare if you do you're more likely to find one in the daytime. Beach is still the only real option in OC. But since you brought up other locations I was really surprised by San Bernardino because I knew nothing about the area when I found out girls work in that area.
