So last night I finally dreamed about the lady I dream about regularly. Well she was not heard from about 2 weeks. We talked about her absence, found out LE is getting more aggressive. They are now attacking all BP ads. That's what happened to her. She spent 8 days in. She was saying that LE is using many underhanded tactics to attack providers and hobbyist. Also to lessen time, they are baiting SW and providers for more info about each other. She was jailed for escorting without a license and advertising without a license. The confiscated everything she had. The scary part was she was far away from the recent stings. She was on 17 and Greenway. So it looks like they are targeting anyone that posts on BP.

And recently Dave has posted about aggressive males. It turns out that is true, and that there are many unheard victims. So if you have a provider you keep in contact with, tell them to be extra cautious. LE is using any and all advantages to stop "trafficking". And everyone else, be safe.

That would explain a lot. Spent the late afternoon, early evening cruising up and down 27th and there was very little to observe except a lot of LE around. 4 of them were swarmed around one car with a guy standing outside it. Not sure if he was a hobbiest or not, but he had certainly better days.

I don't understand this post?

A SW was picked up on some number road and arrested for advertising on BP with out a license, and escorting with out a license?

When arrested they they stole, "confiscated" everything she had. What did she have that was related to her arrest? Or, did they simply take anything she had and won't return any of it?

What does attacking BP adds mean?

LE has had female cop pretend it is the arrested gal and followup with guys trying to set up appointments and bust them if she can get them to agree to money for a sex act. Also for gals on web boards have had LE use phone taken to verify other providers with gals and set up sting.

Money is kept along with a purse and of course they are also looking for illegal substances like weed to add additional charges. Property is booked and usually not released until conviction or a plea deal. Sometimes anything of value can be taken under RICO even if all charges dismissed. I know escort that lost their $10 k in cash when busted found in home which had since was going to buy a car for cash. Another well known Phoenix escort had to buy her home back for the equity when it was siezed. In both cases charges dismissed but per attorney almost impossible to defend against a RICO asset forfeiture action.

2) BP ads are most targeted including the underage entrapment scam that has resulted on over 100 arrests in Phoenix of guys seeking adult companions on an adult only site, advertising as adults, with pictures of adults (one with a wedding ring in picture).

However other sites also targeted. On Project Rose stings piles of TER reviews seen in police cars when gals arrested and various sites I've seen named in police reports (not this site yet). In other cities TER aggressively gone after a a human trafficking site since new laws in AZ and many states include consenting adult prostitution as "human trafficking. ".

3) May not have $3000-$5000 to get bond or assets as collateral for bail bondsmen. Escorting without a license, not having an escort permit, soliciting and prostitution all can be charged separately. Conviction is mandatory 15 days in jail on most counts but can be much more if aggregate charges. If fight charges can be a very long process sometimes years. In the Phoenix Temple bust of 39 almost 4 years ago case ongoing with 3rd judge and 4th county prosecutor. Trial probably not till mid to late 2015 (may get to 5th year since SWAT team raid with assault weapons, on women with dangerous breasts as weapons). Bond for Tracy originally $1 million, she was $55,00 behind in rent etc will no assets. Spend 1-year in jail unable to raise bond while case pending (still is pending) but then got reduced to I believe $50 k and friends pledged homes / car as collateral.

4) Most of above. Also cops may get bonuses based on how many can bust in a night (escort when arrested overheard cops discussing.).

Phoenix manifestation law. Illegal and can be charged with a crime if ask a cop if a cop. Silly question since will always deny which they can do and you can be charged with manifestation. That law is coming up for oral arguments in Appeal last week of November. I will be in court (Monica case).

All of this is based on the lie that gets huge funding from Hunt sisters groups (as in oil), Disney etc and in AZ McCain Foundation (as in ran for Pres) and many other organizations with the scam of "children and sex trafficking" when 90%+ of arrests are consenting adults. " Aside by the obvious question, Can they legally search you phone's records with out a search warrant?, can they resurrect deleted info in cell phone like can be done on computers? One thing I habitually do is remove all traces of some one I had met.

If what ever contacts in a person's phone can be searched, what happens when the contacts don't have a thing with why the person was arrested? Doctors, family, banking phone numbers, lawyers, credit card company phone numbers, HomeDepot, etc? Do they get harassed?

If all but the most obviously not connected to why the person was arrested are contacted, then one number that "Ought" to be in there is an attorney? For the simple reason they will be contacted and therefor know whomever cell their number was in needs help? Including some one not connected to any activity a person is arrested for might be away that LE inadvertently notifies people of the person's arrest? What happens if contact info for some one the arrested person has never contacted is in the phone? For instance, if one lists a contact by just a first name and a phone number, and the phone number is a local politician, a judge, local news caster, out of state homicide department?

My thinking is if contacts include people never contacted how does LE sort through the contacts? If false contacts are mixed with "real" contacts, does that make it more difficult for LE to simply assert a contact phone number was used for illegal activity?

It's my understanding at least one state issues escorting licenses. If some one obtains an out of state license for escorting, will that impact how severe local LE's can claim the person's actions are when its mentioned that the licenses a locality demands isn't one they issue?

Are the licenses like marriage certificates? I understand how the federal authorities got away with requiring a seller to obtain a "stamp" for any marijuana sold, never issuing those stamps, and then arresting people for not having the stamps. Does any entity within local, or state, or regional pay attention to arresting people for licenses that are not issued?

In essence, I'm wondering is the entire legal system complicit with requiring a license that has never been issued, is not currently issued, and there aren't any plans to issue the licenses?

Another way to look at it is, how high up the legal system of USA does one have to go before some one pays attention to the local corruption of the legal system to benefit the desires of a few "powerful", influential people who desire to destroy the lives of quite a few disadvantage people and adults who are legally anointed to make contracts, to make contacts with other legally anointed adults?

The cell records are searched only for messages on voicemail or text from guys looking to set up an appointment or past or future. Often the texts will be obviously illegal if they mention a sex act for money as guys messages often do. Or, they can look for other escorts / companions looking for references etc. LE then pretends to be the arrested gal and gets a customer to say the wrong thing, sets up appt and arrests when shows up etc.

A typical question an undercover may ask a provider for example is "for $100 can I be assured of at least a hand job. " That will be recorded and an easy arrest of the customer when set up a meeting at say a hotel.

They don't just go calling anyone from the phone. There has to be some clue as to illegal activity such as seeking a meeting.

With the help of the Hunt sister hard-on and funding, to go after all prostitution lots of cities at least are requiring escort licenses. Arizona is statewide but its "only" a civil offense. Some cities like Scottsdale as of 2013 made it criminal subject to the 15 days mandatory on the first offense for prostitution. I have yet to see an ad with a license number as required. You also have to carry on you an escort I'd card. You have to have detailed records of each client, an agreement, full client identification, where and what and of course nothing sexual.

If you mention Scottsdale in an ad, you have to have a Scottsdale escort license, with the license number on the ad and carry the personal I'd card, for example. Scottsdale has been some times triple charging for not having each of these which may raise the minimum to 90 days in jail and if one more conviction, becomes a felony (after 3).

In Phoenix it is still just civil with about a $1000 fine with costs. However, Phoenix more likely to charge with prostitution or solicitation to bring in the criminal charges and mandatory jail time.

I believe the licenses are now available one companion told me she had one on the Private List. But earlier had a report a gal went to get an application and clerk didn't have. However, they are available online for some cities (Phoenix and I believe Scottsdale).

I believe licenses are also a public record. Another reason for someone not to want everyone to know she is an escort since of course has to provide full real I'd info, address etc.

The issue is not corruption, but the laws passed by conservative and / or religious factions under false research using underaged and trafficking as the excuse when we already have laws like kidnapping to go after the real abuse. -She lost everything besides her personal phone, purse (with any and all cash taken), luggage (but took all her outfits that she uses), and her toys (her personal use, but was taken to prove guilt.) She had about $$$$$ in cash for rent but was taken and she cannot get it back. So now she is living with a friend now til it settles down.

-It turns out now that LE is targeting all ads, no matter there origins. I never heard of a provider being taken in while staying on Greewnway. That is far from the known locations of stings and busts. She also claimed that many of the girls she was arrested with were no where near the same area of known stings and busts. This is an agressive tactic that LE is using. Many of these girls had a few words in their ads that busted them. Like her, her ad had "sexual" and "fetish" in it that made her a target. They call her up stating they have $ for a quick visit. She agreed and next thing you know 2 cruisers came and arrested her.

Spent 8 days in jail. And then they let her go? No charges? 8 days before going before a judge and then she bailed herself out?

-She spent 8 days in lock up waiting to see a judge. She was let go because it was her 1st charge as a "criminal" and had to pay a fine of $$$$$. She was only charged with escorting without a license and advertising without a license. She was never charged with soliciting. Her bail was set at 5000. She couldn't bond out cause she was technically from out of state. She was hassled badly. She did her time and now she's out.

-Dave has stated the tactics at hand. Without warrants l, LE is posing as either hobbyist or providers. They use the phones to communicate with either case. Female LE posing as the provider.l and vice versa.
