I have called nearby hotels and they are allowing residents to stay, although it appears some are being very cautious and ask if it's for work, etc.

I was in Phoenix when the no dine-in order came out, and it shut down the free continental breakfast as well; and I don't do well on the 1 cup of coffee provided in the rooms.
