I have a similar problem here in Philadelphia. Although I am an equal opportunity monger and I try to post what's available; rarely do I get the opportunity to feature a Black Street Walker. I would gladly post more women of color if they were readily available. Working with my available budget, I cannot put out a cattle call, requesting specifics like the big modeling agencies. Most of the attractive Black providers here in Philadelphia are now on BP or escorting though agencies.
I do have a couple of suggestions. However; because I am a visitor, I shall keep them to myself.
