I've often been first reviewer and can explain your first point. It's simple and I'll give different examples I've encountered.
First there are some looks over service girls that service hunters should never see. But then they see a bunch of good reviews, their will wavers, and service hunters ignore the obvious warning signs and see them anyways. It's called FAFO, they know they are service hunters but forget. 1 out of 3 of them see the upside and say "She is beautiful, I don't usually see girls for looks but it is a refreshing break since I'm usually getting service girls. Now I'm back to service queens but I guess if you are a looks hunter go see her." 2 out of 3 say "She is beautiful, but she has no service and sucks I wasted my money this is the worst experience I've had in a long time". Second there are dealbreakers. I have reviewed a specific girl and the positive reviews were about 80%. Of the negative reviews, all of them said either "She is too skinny" or "She looks too young".
