Louisville isn't much better currently. You havto go out of state to find quality girls or get very lucky with a cute street walker or find a utr girl. Only options are spam / overpost (for those Russian ladies who show up in every market but never meet with you), wrong section (guys posting in the female sections), and prohibited content (showing privates in pics, and I think mentioning price for service). There's the email to the editor for certain other criteria that violate BP terms of service you will have to go there to read.

Of course in the past there have been some false alerts which make it harder to find the real deal.
