I use the same policy at the AMP as with a waiter at the restaurant, sky cap at airport, hotel concierge, etc. Tip amount is based on a standard (ie 10% for a waiter) and the level of service provided results in a higher or lower amount. In my experience I have had only one masseuse ask about the tip before providing a service at a CAMP. I agree with Hobbyman that it is an exception rather than rule at CAMPs. KAMP's most always negotiate before a service is rendered. If we negotiate a "tip" or fee and no matter how good or bad the service is that is what I submit and nothing more, nothing less.
