Sometimes augmentation is done in a tasteful manner that doesn't make the nipples stretch out and look stupid. In fact, most ultra huge fake titties are kinda strange looking anyway, in my opinion, and they feel weird too.

Maybe you can find the look you want to enhance and still preserve.
