I think I've mentioned before that I travel extensively, both in the states and internationally, and the rates here are higher than any place I have been. LA and NYC are similar. I was recently In Tennessee, and man there is some good pussy there for 2/3's of the price and nearly all of them do some form of GFE, many with BBBJCIM.
The other thing to consider is that since the county has started to buy up all the cheap hotels in the area so they can house the crazies and the junkies, that hotel pricing has gone through the roof here.
