Strip Club Reports

I have hit several of the Akron clubs in the past month and was so disappointed that I didn't even have the urge to post reports as from my perspective there was nothing good to report. Most clubs are dives, ghetto, or both. Most dancers probably shouldn't be dancing, they are old or out of shape. Many have bad body odors, dirty and they have a ghetto persona.

I blame it on 2 things, drugs and thugs. Many of the dancers are users or hooked on something so they don't care about their appearance, just their next fix. Also many of them have thugs for boyfriends so they take on that attitude and persona.

Yes you can get extras from many of them but most of them just don't appeal to me.

Gatsby's is probably the nicest overall club, cleaner with better quality dancers than the others but most of the dancers hang with their regulars who are there every day. Even so it's probably the closest you'll find to Platinum Horse but like the horse extras are pretty rare or non-existent there. If you're willing to put in the time though you can get better contact dances than you could usually get at the horse.

If you just want a classier club drive to Cleveland. Christies and Hustler have better chicks too but they're not as good as the good old days either.

Hands and feet and great indicators, but like you said, guys will screw anything and don't care. Also, the thug / gansta / prison / drug / ghetto culture has made it's way into mainstream everything. Young people under 35 are all affected. Most of them think it's cool to act like they're in prison, talk like they're on parole for murder, drive like they're being chased by the police, act like gang members, tattoo their entire bodies. I don't get it any of it. I'm old and out of touch.

What I do now is save up my extra spending money and drive on up to a few detroit clubs. Bjs and full service can be had for a bill if you know where to look. Quality is decent, not as good as Germany or Thailand though but well worth the drive.

Too many little towns along 77 rely on their police force to fill the city coffers, and a DUI is practically a death sentence for my job. If I was in Akron, worse case the cab would cost more dollars than I wanted to spend.

Yes I could save up my money and take a trip, to Detroit, or Amsterdam, but I'd rather just find a decent place I could stop after work and have a drink and watch some girls tits and ass bounce up & down. Gatsby's was one of the clubs I ventured into, and while I will agree it was by far the nicest of the three, the girls we're very unwelcoming. To be clear here, I'm an average guy, showered, dressed nicely, no suit jacket, but I was wearing a tie at the time. I had money laying on the bar, five's, ten's, twenty's, and other than the two barmaids nobody even looked my direction. I think in the hour I was there I saw one girl working the stage, all the others were sitting at tables or disappeared into the back. I guess I'm just astounded when I can't even GIVE money away!

I appreciate everyone's feedback, we all seem to agree on the problem, and short of starting our own club & importing talent, I don't see a solution. RIP Platinum Horse, you served us well.

The several last times I hit the circuit I didn't bother reporting because there is nothing new to say, even though I only need a few more posts to be a Senior here. If you think Akron is bad for heroin, come down to Dayton. The areas around 70/75/71 are the hardest hit in the state for that China White / Fentynal mixture. Dayton is number 1 in the country for heroin related deaths and the clubs suck so bad down here.

See if you have family living in Detroit, the clubs up there are fantastic. All kidding aside, if your coming up on a Friday then Gatsbys north is a decent place to visit. Stopped at Bottom's Up for first time in years yesterday afternoon. $10 entrance fee that comes with 2 drink tickets. I got bottled water. Club looked the same. There was a birthday party there and maybe 8 to 10 girls. Not fantastic looking but not bad either. These girls were more ladies, in their late 20's, 30's and early 40's. Suits me fine since I'm even older than that. $5 dollar topless table dance with grinding and pussy flashing. No touching boobs or privates, but legs and ass are OK. Favorite dancer was Michelle.
