Club 2121 is supposedly reopening today in Melrose Park. Never went there but heard they have dancers. Anybody been there? Flier is attached.

If I'm not mistaken, bars should reopen late next month. I'm concerned about how Louie's, Carl's, Bobby's, and J's will look like once things get going again. After all, the dances are close contact with plenty of roaming in those places, so given the current pandemic, I wonder if the bars will allow dancers at all. Or if they do, will they be air dances like the ones the city strip bars have (which BTW are no fun at all with no touching allowed whatsoever for both dancer and client)?

They will play by the rules until nobody, bars included is making any money. Then it's business as usual.

The reason of course is that dudes won't show more than one time and girls will be complaining to management and owners that they are gone because they are not making enough money. If customers don't come in to buy drinks then the place closes. The restrictions out there now have killed many small businesses and will do same to these little bikini bars on heim unless fuzz and government looks the other way. So they go out of business and then they don't need a liquor license, collect sales tax, village permits, et al, et al, et al. So it's all about the loosing if they don't allow that leeway so guys want to come in and drop cash.
Has a few picnic tables near the front of the door in the parking lot. Now what and if they will even open and for what is anybodie's guess. In melrose an auto parts store is completely boarded up, however open. The local big box store has piled the wood supply in front of their windows and many others have at the very least boarded up their doors. Also lots of podding of fuzz from melrose, franklin, darts boyz, et al. I mean heim looks pretty much the same and no boarding so I don't have a clue what is going to happen on that street. I came south from the airport and turned on north. Unfortunately with my flea closed I have not gone down to take a look see at the pen or what is left of it. Stay safe and all be well. Now last week they had those tables out in the parking lot near the mirrored door as I mentioned, however now I am seeing a large sign that says open for business again. As far as pen goes, nothing to report other than what was reported here by another. Looks like they gave the former pen building a front facelift as well as the place directly next door so I would tend to believe the same owner for both. Both have for rent signs on them as of last Saturday morning. With the flea opening up down there as of the 4th weekend I will be seeing more of what is what there as well as louie's. All I know. Play safe all, stosh.

There were a lot of people & no one wearing masks. I decided to take a pass. I decided to see if anyone else was open. I realize these ladies have been impacted by this & I don't mind a little cash to help the cause, I just don't like being told how much I should donate for nothing. It's too bad Bobby's hasn't stayed open since then. Other than the 20 tip issue, I liked their layout for the whole distancing thing. It seems J's has zero distancing going on. For now, I'm going to error on the side of caution.

The city won't be until the 1st. I will be down there on the 3rd of July and possibly the 4th. With parking so tight over there anyway I wonder myself how things are going to get done. O'Hare area native, will be visiting at the end of July. All of those places on heim as well as louie's should see a big time uptick since the strip has primarily been dry during all of this. We go into phase 4 this Friday so I think officially places can serve indoors. I am sure that is community by community, however I think across the state except in chicago proper the establishments can serve liquor indoors with the proper precautions.

There was a drugged out woman out by the corner of Manheim and Armitage dancing around and yelling at cars. I don't know if she's a SW or just another junkie. What amazed me was the fact that she was out there for at least a half hour and no cops harassed her. They didn't show up until she started removing her clothes. By my friends car wash there is one white girl that will walk around and be having a convo with herself that one can hear from a distance. Have not seen what you are referring to though. I think eventually when she started to take off her clothes she had to go. So she will have a home in the loonie bin for the next two or three days. At least she will get a shower, roof over her head and meals. Then thrown back out on the street to start the whole thing over. I made rounds early this week. I started at Louie's but was early in the afternoon and it was a little slow; however, the bartender (who dances Thursdays) was a knock out and a sweet heart. I had a beer and moved on. I stopped by Jays and it looked a little too crowded so decided to skip it. Bobby's was ok. I think I saw 3 girls but they didn't look great. I walked into Carl's and there was one guy sitting in the bar so I walked out. I went back to Louie's and had a great time. This is the first time I've gone to the back since they changed things around and I really like the new setup. Much better than before. Hope everyone has a good 4th.
I stopped by Bobby's around 10 and it was pretty dead. 3 girls but they didn't look great or interesting.
Headed over to J's and 3 girls were working. Got a dance from Monica, she's cool but she says no extras in the current setup because it's too out in the open. One girl seemed only interested in guys she knows and the last girl was was kinda busted.

I've gotten more variety of services performed in the (more expensive) "back room" at Louies than I've gotten at J's. However, more than once that "variety" has included dances that're barely any different from the bar-side dances, leaving me feeling like I got scammed into wasting quite bit of cash. With the right girl, on the right day though, Louies far exceeds anything I've experienced at J's And is well worth the cost. Meanwhile, at J's I've more reliably "gotten the job done", and for much lower cost, but there have been a lot more limitations on just how much they're willing / able to do.
Any scoop on this one? Went in twice on different evenings and got there as she was ready to leave / walking out. Worth taking to the back? Have to go out of my way to catch on day shift.
Going to be in the area this week and going to hit up jays and Bobby's. Any 411 on what to expect as far as masks and the rules on dancers. Have the dancers returned or are they some new ones.
