You dont have to be specific, something three blocks away will tell me all I need to know. I have been seeing a girl just off of third st. The only time I wouldn't stop was when they were set up right across the street. People walk around the hood all the time so the cops aren't going to know what you are there to do. I'd worry more if it was the suburbs and the cops were posted up the street.
