Forgive me if I am a day late and a dollar short in responding to this post but I think all you have to do is troll the K and keep your eyes open to find SWs with above average looking faces. Laws apply to state and local jurisdictions. They aren't all universal. I am aware from some of my own legal research that in "some jurisdictions." just being in a high crime area can constitute probable cause for a search. I think it's a fun idea Cooky. I was going to set up a thread just of pics that I took but I think opening it up for all of Philly (including the K, Camden, OYR, and Torresdale) and all mongers for nominations and then voting would be more interesting.

A few suggested categories for everyone's consideration:

Report of the Year
Miss Congeniality
Miss Spinner

SWs, of course, would be eligible to win in multiple categories.
