Any info, real deal or not. Found one review, suspicious. Looking for a little spinner.

Had a very interesting text stream with this one. Buyer beware.

Spa Owner keeps my phone number
I'm the kind of guy who doesn't like to waste his time, so I like to call ahead. If you're busy for the next hour I'm on to the next stop.
However now I've been receiving text messages one Spa in Antioch another two in Kenosha owned by the same owner. I know it's already too late. And I've sent them text to take me off their lists.
My big concern is they have my phone number forever. What do you guys do? Burner phone? Google Voice? How can you keep a number discrete? I've tried star 71 but that doesn't seem to work on a cell phone.
I doubt I will change my habit of calling ahead. I know the best ways to do it through WeChat and go Direct but many of these girls don't want to give out their WeChat info. I don't blame them.
Any suggestions out there?
Kenosha Spa scene very slow.
Get "Nextplus" app and you can text them for free. It gives you a different number that is what they see, works for me. Now that you bring it up I received a text last weekend. Business must be slow.
So this app allows you to text only? I think most of these places don't use a landline anyways. I think they're mostly cell phones and they can receive texts.
That could work for me if I could just text. And since it's the spa owner who usually schedules she has some command of the English language. Does it give you a different phone number for each call or you maintain the number? So you can use it over and over? I don't mind having a relationship with the Spa owner, I just don't want their texts showing up on my dedicated cell phone number.
You brought up a very good point. It is slow up in Kenosha. Most of us are only seen 1 to 3 customers per day. Smart Spa owners no they should maintain contact with their good customers.
