I started an account at WYP to check things out. Here's what I learned in 10 minutes.

You need to upload a photo to make a bid or wink. Sorry, but I"m not doing that. If it comes down to it, I'll look for a fake photo that looks close.

Appears that some profiles have been here for 2-4 years.
